Do all of your public buildings have a Display Energy Certificate?

Since 1st October 2008, any building meeting any 2 of the following criteria should display a Display Energy Certificate:

1. Total useful floor area over 1000m2
2. Owned / run by a public authority
3. Building frequently visited by large numbers of members of the public
