Continuous Improvement Manager
Base: Hybrid home and office working.
Energist UK Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager & Assistant to the Head of Business Development and new services based mainly from home but with some travel to our office in Cirencester or other agreed locations.
The role of the Continuous Improvement Manager will be key to development and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy, developing, steering, and directing roll out of the strategy/framework across all parts of Energist. Working with all departments to support our business objectives through the deployment of Lean / Six Sigma style methodologies and metrics. Leading on insights, defining recommendations for process, tools, technologies, and structure for success. This role will additionally be accountable for fulfilling Assistant Head of Department responsibilities and will include representing the department at management meetings and managing team members as the department grows.
For this role you will need to be a Lean practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar.
