You will have experience of developing and leading an ecommerce solution as well as managing team members. We need an innovative and motivated person who will drive forward our ecommerce and marketing plans with ideas, enthusiasm and confidence.

The main part of your role will be to develop, implement the ecommerce platform for Energist UK Ltd as well as working with the Marketing Manager on strategic marketing plans. The ecommerce platform is an area we have plans to significant invest in and we will have the tools at your disposal so you will have a chance to make your mark in developing a new area.

The role will involve:

  • High levels of experience in online sales / marketing strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website.
  • Project Management of new company platforms such as the Ecommerce online shop, other company platforms and IT solutions from start to launch, as well as maintaining the online branding
  • Managing the day-to-day operations and optimisation of the site. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will devise and deliver acquisition and retention plans through development and delivery of effective CRM activity and performance marketing techniques.
  • Experience collaborating, creating and maintaining a ‘wow factor’ online customer portal as well as strategic database management
  • Assisting in building a strategic marketing plan across all our multi-channel marketing campaigns that support the overall business ecommerce objectives, working to the agreed budgets and ensuring events / campaigns are on track and delivered on time.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and reporting of campaign activity and management reports
  • Must be versatile and flexible across marketing channels to be able to cover leave
  • Responsible for the communication of to our clients and internal team
  • Member of the senior management team
  • Ensuring the message to the business is consistent and in line with external communications

Our head office is in Cirencester which is open for meetings and team building exercises (currently limited due to COVID), this role will be home based and as the COVID restrictions are lifted will involve client meetings on site when required as well as team meetings in the Head Office or an agreed location.
