Energy & Sustainability Specialist

Base: Hybrid home and office working.

Energist UK Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Energy and Sustainability Specialist to join our Technical Team working in a hybrid-based role (Home / Office / offsite offices). This is a fantastic opportunity that will involve leading technical projects alongside client engagement to ensure a smooth workflow. The role will be externally facing and the individual should be confident in leading projects and the ability to identifying cross-selling opportunities and to report this to the account managers. You will be a qualified SAP assessor and have experience in project leading.

The role

Joining our established Technical team you will working closely with the department manager and covering the following areas:

• Taking project lead on client technical projects to ensure the client has a seamless service, liaising with managers of other teams in the business where needed
• Liaising with closely with clients ensuring a clear understanding of deadlines for projects
• Working on scope creep in line and informing the account manager of costings for additional work
• Working in collaboration with the delivery managers to ensure crossover on resources when needed for projects
• Producing SAP assessments
• Measuring up architectural plans and inputting data into assessment software
• Using a CRM system to monitor workflow
• Producing reports for clients under tight deadlines
• Liaising with clients over the telephone and through email
• Dealing with internal and external queries by telephone and email
• Generating Reports using the CRM system

• Any other tasks that are reasonable requests
