Technical Assistant - based in Cirencester

Our Technical Team is built from experienced assessors and consultants who pride themselves on providing a first rate service to our clients as well as being first line support and guidance for our growing sales force with technical questions and queries.  Every member of our team is key to ensuring our clients experience is exceptional from start to finish, ensuring they keep coming back to us.


The Role

  • Support the gathering of evidence for Sustainability Assessments such as BREEAM
  • Liaising with clients to confirm deadlines and service requirements
  • Measuring up architectural plans and inputting data into assessment software
  • Using a CRM system to monitor workflow
  • Generating Reports using the CRM system
  • Producing reports for clients under tight deadlines
  • Dealing with internal and external queries by telephone and email
  • Any other tasks that are reasonable requests


You will have

  • An eye for detail and a focus on problem-solving for our clients
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Strong analytical and computational skills
  • Have strong computer skills
  • Keen to develop a career in a technical field


Ideal Expertise

  • CAD experience
  • A team player
  • The ability to manage stressful client situations
  • Good phone skills
