Client Support

What are we looking for?

This role will focus on delivering excellent client service and working closely with our Client Development Team, in a fast paced and versatile sales environment. You will report to the Client Development Lead, and will provide administrative support to the CD team, as well as an element of ongoing client management. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills and experience of working within a sales, client lead environment are essential. In addition, the role will also be responsible for compiling, issuing and following up quotation and tender responses, to support sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • GCSE Maths Grade B or above
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Service would be ideal
  • 1-2 year’s experience working in a fast paced, high volume, client facing sales environment is essential

Key tasks

  • Generate, and for some clients, issue and follow up quotations and tender returns in response to client enquiries, to secure new orders.
  • Liaison with partners to gather fee proposals.
  • Manage and respond to Pre-Qualification Questionnaire requests from clients
  • Managing data entry on our CRM system to create new client, quote, order or site records.
  • Management of sales data for reporting purposes.
  • Management of contract returns process following instruction.
  • Interaction with client document control portals to download and upload information as appropriate.
  • Proactively manage sales pipeline to deliver on client deadlines and support sales performance against KPIs.
  • Any other relevant tasks including preparation of relevant reporting information or client data entry requirements.

  • To be able to collaborate effectively with client team and request additional tasks where required

  • Successful qualification of inbound enquiries and subsequent effective management and sales revenue
  • Lead time from enquiry to quote generation
  • Volume of quotes generated
  • Timely and dependable response times of project set ups and general sales support tasks.
