Following the recent public consultation on the new London Plan, it was revealed that the cost of carbon offset payments is set to increase by 50%, with other significant changes included that will impact design and cost of future developments in London.
Hosting a breakfast session and later taking to the main stage within the Sustainability Summit of London Build, Energist's Technical Manager, Stuart Clark, will be delivering a session on the energy and sustainability highlights of the London Plan.
The seminar will explore issues such as:
- How will the increased cost in the new London Plan affect you?
- How will you manage the increasingly stringent targets?
- What are the effects of the new London Plan on your current land acquisition plans?
- How can you prepare now ahead of the new London Plan launch?
If you are concerned about how these changes could affect your current land acquisition plans, or unsure of how you will manage increasingly stringent targets and financial obligations, join us at breakfast or at 3.05pm on Tuesday 23rd October at Sustainability Summit, London Build, Olympia.
