Our three-stage selection process ensures new team members are the right fit for Energist – and us for you.
First, we’ll ask for a CV and covering letter before inviting appropriate applicants to interview. We also ask candidates to complete a Colour Works profiling exercise. We want to understand your strengths, ambitions and working style.
Depending on the nature of the role we’ll hold a second interview, including asking you to give a short presentation or meet with our senior team.
We welcome speculative approaches and will hang on to CVs for future opportunities (stored securely and never shared elsewhere).
