We understand what’s at stake at this stage. Early benchmark testing ahead of Completion will have already flagged any issues or potential delays. Our in-house engineers and network of trusted sub-consultants then complete final testing to produce certification.
Offering last mitigation or remediation advice
Where results do not comply, we’ll offer sound advice on where and how to deliver improvements. Where possible, we’ll complete same-day retesting.
Ensuring handover of developments
We work accurately but at pace, ensuring your development fulfils all compliance requirements and is ready for handover. Where required, we can deliver same-day EPCs.
Our Completion & Post-Completion services
We complete testing and produce compliance reports to support handover.
Working with our in-house engineers and network of sub-consultants, we deliver Air Testing, Acoustic Testing and Thermographic Surveys across the country, to enable timely release of the EPC and allow for final completion.
