Project overview
The project was brought to Energist at a late stage after a CALT had not been provided. Despite the short timescales, we reviewed the available information and issued the required EPC within 48 hours of the initial request.
We conducted an additional review to assess whether a commercial air leakage test was required. By identifying an alternative compliance route, we helped overcome programme constraints and restricted access to the unit, avoiding the need for additional testing costs.

What was delivered?
An EPC was issued within 48 hours of the initial request without the need for a commercial air leakage test. This saved the client additional costs, avoided delays and ensured compliance requirements were met. We also reviewed the proposal against BREEAM requirements and confirmed that all relevant credits remained unaffected.
