Meet the Team: Q&A with Aaron

Aaron Perry, Technical Team Leader

Aaron is Team Leader of the Energist Technical Team and has shared with us a little about his role and what it’s like to work at Energist.

“My role is to lead the delivery team on providing cost-effective solutions to our clients and meeting deadlines.

We work with clients all around the country and no two projects are the same. Managing client needs in an ever more demanding industry is key to our ongoing success.”

 

1. Describe yourself in three words
Honest, trustworthy, dedicated.

2. What is your favourite quote?
I don’t say it but my favourite quote would be:

“The two most important days in your life are the day you were born, and the day you find out why.”

I actually have it tattooed on my leg 🙂

3. What is a big problem in the construction industry that Energist are helping to solve?
Awareness.

There are so many regulations and hoops to jump through that quite often it is easy to miss crucial steps which can jeopardize the project. At Energist we’re on top of industry changes and regulation changes so are well equipped to deal with last minute issues or problems our clients may encounter.

4. What has been your most rewarding moment since joining Energist?
Working closely with certain clients and gaining such a high level of rapport and professional understanding that they solely request I complete their projects moving forwards.

5. If you could be an animal, what would you be and why?
An elephant – Strong, intelligent and always loyal to their group. (It also helps they are my favourite)

6. What is your favourite chocolate?
Milkybar – prefer white chocolate over dark and milk, also reminds me of when I was younger.
